This blog will be about the real need of
eating real food. The time is now. Obesity rates are at an all-time high, the
same is true for diabetes, cancer, asthma, etc. One of the main reasons for their
increase is the eating and drinking of ‘junk’ we call food. It is time we returned to eating good,
healthy, nourishing food.
It’s time we returned to health.
The time has never been ripe for returning
to our kitchens, firing up the stove/hob and cooking up a storm.
Admittedly the art of cooking and feeding
our families nourishing food has gone out of fashion. But like other ‘lost’
arts, cooking and eating real food are on the comeback and the benefits are
immense. This time around things are very different, thanks to the many
scientific advances as well as observing the results of eating real ‘factory’
food, people are returning to eating real food, something this blog will cover.
